After making purchase to the value of what I thought was free delivery, I was then faced with an extortionate figure of £30 for a 2 to 4 day delivery. The main item being urgently required for a medical practise I paid the bill. 7 days later I phoned to be told no items had been dispatched!!!!! Give the compnay their due they refunded the delivery charge, for an individual to then take it upon themselves to change the main lock I tem I was desperate for..... ( in fairness I can see their intentions were well meant ) To conclude, company needs to look at better communications with buyers, and to seriously consider stating clearly their justification for delivery charges. Sorry this has turned into a negative experiance for all concerned......................
