Very well made product. The use of Admastik on the fitting instructions was a problem, as it is no longer available. I used clear sealant instead after asking Paul Joiner. When I purchased the item, I did not realise I would have to cut about 6mm from the bottom of the door to give sufficient clearance, the necessary 28mm clearance should be made clearer.
