Extremely rude dasher Cheyenne in utica NY who screamed at me when I complained to her my food was cold after waiting 22 minutes for delivery that should gave taken no more than 8 minutes. Of course she went on another delivery b4 me, apparently did not use a heat retaining bag to keep food hot. My bag was all ripped open, contents were scattered all over bag & food inside was cold, completely cold.
Dasher Cheyenne screamed at me to next time use direct to me ( an additional charge of 2.99) I already paid for membership, I'm not paying more. I told Cheyenne that I did not appreciate her yelling at me & I yelled back that I would report this issue to door dash support. Well guess what while I was reporting her, she apparently reported me (seriously) and they closed my account immediately without investigation or inquiry!! Mind you i am disabled, food delivery is mainly how i eat.
I spend hundreds of dollars every month on door dash & this is how they treat a long time customer with no prior issues!!!!!! Obviously I'm very upset and will look for other food delivery options. I think the way this was handled was completely inappropriate & I certainly hope that this dasher is reprimanded because I can assure you I will not be the last to complain about her poor attitude.
