The absolute worst company ever. Be very careful if you don’t have a membership with them because you will end up paying a $96 annual fee. The charge came out of nowhere and I did NOT sign up for it. I thought I had the three month subscription. They do NOT make it clear enough for people to see. I disputed this charge with my bank but DoorDash reversed it. I called them and was told they would refund the $96 and that it would be 5-7 business days. After 5 days I called back and asked for an update and the lady said it was never processed. Proceeded to ask for the last 4 numbers of my card and expiration date and said she would process it….. Called AGAIN yesterday and lo and behold it wasn’t processed but said he would process it now and someone would be in contact with my today. I didn’t hear anything so I called them only for them to tell me they aren’t giving me a refund and that my subscription is good for an ENTIRE year. Wtf DoorDash. I canceled something I didn’t even mean to sign up for and it hasn’t even been a month and you had 3 EMPLOYEES tell me they would issue me a refund. This is the absolute WORST company who will scam you and then hang up on you. Steer clear of this joke of a “Service” company.
