Door Handle Parts Don’t buy from this company - or whatever it purports to be! I think that -5 stars would be appropriate as the service from this company is non existent. I place a small order for a couple of springs and expected that they would arrive well within a week if the website is to be believed. They failed to appear so I wrote an email and received a fairly prompt reply from Lee saying that he would "resend" them asap. Needless to say that the springs have not arrived but money has been taken from my account on receipt of the original order. I have written several emails asking when I might expect them and even appealing to his better nature - if it exists - to send them on asap as he "promised" in his email. Clearly, asap to some people is not the same as I would interpret it. Action Fraud and Trading Standards need to be informed. Even Matt Alwright from Watchdog might be fun. I'm on the case!
