I phoned Tuesday and got a phone call from your company Wednesday. I got a choice of an appointment today or Saturday and chose today. Kosta phoned half an hour before he arrived, he got straight onto sorting my cooker and within about 20 minutes he’d sorted what the problem was and fixed it. He was very polite and very efficient. Thank you for a great, worry free service from initial phone call to finish
