Previously had other engineers from another company handle my warranty with my washing machine, making the issue worse each time. Won’t go too far into it but it was a nightmare.
Had Matt come today and repair my machine. He not only fixed the issue but isolated and repaired the cause of the problem not just the resulting issue. He also went on to rectify all of the other problems caused by the previous engineers, top bloke, very professional with the knowledge to back it up.
