Everything about our experience with Domex was very professional and focussed on the customer. Following contact with Beko regarding the concerns we had with our new Fridge/Freezer they arranged for a Domex repair/service technician to attend our house. Initially the date offered was whilst we were due to be on holiday. However, helpfully they subsequently changed that to the weekend before we were due to go. Domex kept us appraised of their time of arrival by text and their engineer Victor arrived when they said he would. Victor was extremely personable and efficient. He checked the temperature of the various areas of our fridge/freezer and found that the doors which had been taken off by the delivery drivers from Currys had not been fitted back correctly. This was causing the fridge light to stay on and the internal circulation fan to fail to engage. Our food was getting too cold in the fridge area. Victor was very thorough in checking all aspects of the fridge's operation and explaining exactly what he was doing and the impact of his actions. One couldn't wish for better advice and service. I recommend Domex with absolute confidence.
