Sid was delightful. He arrived on time, was ready to listen to the problem and had the parts required to solve the problem with my fridge/freezer. I appreciated not only being sent a picture of the repair man to expect but also his van registration number so I had time to get a parking permit before he arrived. A stress free and successful visit.
