Outstanding customer service on the phone from Ivan, who managed to get a same day service for me. Vlady the fantastic engineer knew what he was doing and diagnosed the fault after comprehensive fault finding and testing. He was really polite and efficient, wearing a mask all the time. Social distancing was observed at all times and he even wore boot slippers! From beginning to end a very good experience; I would recommend Domex UK to all my friends and neighbours.
