The new dog tag I ordered arrived and I was disappointed with the finish. The engraving was very shallow (almost scratch depth) and the tag had not been polished. The letters were not centered. It had a matt or dull finish. I spent 20 minutes polishing it with metal polish - which made adifference. Poor - yes !
