Needed dog cage in a hurry to collect rescue dog and ordered within their delivery time frame. Delivery arrived on time but not what was ordered. Phoned and spoke to Haley who did nothing to help get the right item to us on time even though it was their mistake. Luckily the cage arrived half an hour before we were due to collect dog but only because the courier was running early. Sadly, the cage was damaged quite badly and it is cheaply made and constructs badly but we had no choice other than to accept delivery and use it. Were given a 20% refund but that didn’t make up for truly awful ‘customer service’ and poor quality product. Oh and by the way - if you don’t like rattling and squeaky noises in the car while you’re driving, don’t buy this dog cage.
