The tub arrived broken but with the packaging intact. It therefore appears that the tub was damaged before being packaged and sent out. I gaffer taped the damage up to stop any more of the product being lost so if I take a photo, all you will see is the gaffer tape. The after care and follow up were however exceptionally good so I would order again.
