I found it frustrating not being able to contact you by phone. I wanted to talk to somebody. I understand Doggie Solutions is no longer in the Newhaven area so maybe the phone number has been changed? So I took a guess as to what to buy. The product was what sold it to me not the company.
I haven’t found a collar or harness that fits my dog better than yours. The last set has lasted 8 years.
