My dog loves a certain toy. He gnaws at them until they are small and so I have to hunt for more. Bought a couple from an online shop (along with a lead) and all that turned up was the lead and a note that said the toys - which were what I really wanted - weren't in stock! Didn't contact me beforehand. So, I searched again and found Doggie Solutions and - THEY DELIVERED (literally).
