I ordered 2 engraved dog tags. I received an email confirming the order, but never received any information about dispatch. After 14 days I emailed asking for information about my order. No response. So I contacted PayPal sending them all the information and requesting a refund. Within hours they notified me I would get a refund. Several days later I get an email from Doggie Solutions saying the tags must have been lost in the post and they would send me a refund. So, no product, no response to emails, phone number impossible to access and apparently things lost in the mail! Reach your own conclusions. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.
