I ordered some dog ID tags after seeing lots of positive reviews by other buyers. However, my order was placed two full weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my items. I tried to call customer services but there is just a recorded message telling you send an email. I sent an email 7 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply, even though they advise a response time of 24-48 hours. Really disappointed with the sheer lack of customer service.
