We had problems with our first delivery company. After nearly two weeks of problems we decided to use another company from Shiply and everything went very well. We still haven't received the deposit back from Shiply from the first delivery. Shiply asked us to write 250 words 'why' we want to change the company. They also asked us to write 250 words 'What Shiply could do better' in order to claim the deposit back. I think it is a total joke to ask somebody to write that much. At the end of the day we only wanted to have a table picked up and delivered.
