Giving them 1 star as I there is no option for zero. The entertainer never showed up and had to spend first hour just waiting for them and calling their office. I had to then scramble my resources last minute to arrange for things and keep the kids entertained. They ruined my daughter’s birthday party. I am never going to use them nor the 32 guests who visited. They didn’t even bother to send an apology message. Very unprofessional behaviour.
