I contacted three separate firms regarding a treadmill, I had heard that the customer service wasn't very good. Out of the three, only one replied, that was Jovi Mirkovic from DKN and he was brilliant from start to finish. He kept me updated and even managed to get it to me before Christmas. I asked his opinion on whether as a beginner on treadmills do I go for the expensive or slightly cheaper, he recommended the cheaper one, so I jumped at it. Thanking him for his honesty.
