Called up as I needed the item the next day gentleman was great on the phone, very helpful and item arrived next day as promised, except because next day was a Saturday the price of the delivery was a stinger hence the 3 stars, although I am sure it is cost that has to be passed on but my score reflects price of the delivery also.
