The sign of a good retailer is not just how quick they supply a product or the choice they offer. It is also and perhaps more importantly, how they deal with issues. I ordered a set of stage uplighters, which turned out to be faulty (as advised subsequenlt by the manufacturer). Based on a single phone call they offered me all the options to rectify the situation (repair/replace when new stock arrived/refund) and the faulty items were returned (they arranged for and funded the courrier) very quickly and released a refund the same day as they arrived. Now awaiting new stock and will certainly re-order when available. Good supplier.
