We're very pleased with our new kitchen. It looks great. The quality of the cabinets and fixings is excellent and the fitter found them straightforward to work with. We did have some difficulties around confirming the delivery date, when our delivery was delayed. While we understand that this was unavoidable, the communication could have been better to ensure we knew just when the kitchen would arrive. We had similar issues when ordering a couple of extra panels and replacements for damaged parts, that there was very little communication around delivery date. This made it tricky with our fitter as we didn't know when we'd have the materials for him to come back and finish the job. Overall though, very pleased. I'm not sure getting a new kitchen is ever stress free, but feel confident that now it's in it will last well and it's certainly improved our home.
