The service I received was very good at Discount Cream. I've ordered a couple of times from them historically. The first time, everything was smooth and the order was received as expected. On the second occasion, there was an issue with the website which meant even though I selected "Saturday delivery" at the checkout, the order was only sent out as next day (which meant next working day, which would have been Monday). This didn't turn out to be an issue for me, especially when I called up to get this changed and they were able to change my order to Saturday delivery over the phone. The service I received from the lady on the phone was very good. The only small issue I had, hence the 4 star review and the little disappointment I had with the order, was that despite everything I was sent a "dispatch notification" from discount cream telling me that the order had been sent out with Saturday delivery - even when they confirmed that IN FACT I had only been sent out as next working day. This felt a little deceitful, and it took me receiving my tracking info from DPD for me to learn that I was only sent "next day". If it wasn't for the email from DPD, I would have only received my parcel on Monday which would have been too late. Overall, service is good. If transparency was 100% on my order, this would have been 5 stars.
