Hi. Looking for a new stove and eventually tried Direct Stoves. The response from their customer service/sales team was excellent. I spoke with someone called Jude who was both professional and knowledgeable which made my final choice of fire easy.
Delivery was as promised and the driver went out his way to be helpful. Overall a painless transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to use Direct Stoves in the future.
