Unfortunately on the day the stove was due to arrive we realised a mistake with our measurements. My husband phoned and luckily we were able to stop delivery before it happened. Our only complaint was that we still got charged the £140 delivery charge despite the stove still being on the lorry and not actually even being delivered to us so not needing collecting with an additional pick up etc. It never even left the lorry but we still had to pay.
