My stoves are lovely and the guy I hired to fit them has done a great job. I was, however, disappointed by Direct Stoves customer service and delivery times. My stove was delivered outside of the advised time frame and the company was not the least bit bothered or inclined to help me find out when they would be delivered! Based on this, I'd probably buy elsewhere if I need to again.
