Products are great quality. They ship from UK and Im in the U.S. They've been great to me! Extremely responsive and respectful; very friendly. I had one broken bottle (not their fault, rough handler) in my shipment of multiple items. They replaced it immediately, by immediately I mean they sent it out right away and i received it after it crossed the ocean, then the border, then customs, thwn the USPS. You have to remember (hard to do when you're excited) getting things shipped especially overseas takes time and will get damaged, it's inevitable. Be patient and kind to your shipper, the people at Direct Peptides are awesome and so are their products.
