I ordered a Madyson chair as a sample for a client, with a view to ordering 8 in total. When it arrived it was damaged. I have emailed twice with accompanying photos, to try and get it uplifted and replaced with another, but cannot get any response. This is proving to be very frustrating, as it makes me look bad to my client and I cannot get the specific job finished until I have 8 dining chairs in place! The service up until I received the chair was excellent - but now that there is a problem that needs resolved I can get nowhere with it, Roisin www.rmccroryinteriors.com
