I saw the Elgin & Hall Pryzm Impero fire online but when I went to the showroom they didn't have one for me to see. After a few days I rang to order one unseen, the gentleman I spoke to was brilliant and gave me lot's of information. The fire is gorgeous and everyone that sees it loves it.
