The service received from ordering the fire to having it fitted was excellent. Matt and Tom who came to install the fire were very pleasant and helpful. Explained how to operate the fire and its settings. They were very thorough very tidy. They also informed us of your service plan. Would recommend Direct Fireplaces to other peple.
