I purchased an excellent bumper protector for my Renault Megane. I would have given 5 stars but the communication was a tad confusing as I was given 3 different dates for delivery (as Direct Car Parts had to order from a 3rd party).
The web page gave one estimate for delivery, the sales receipt extended this by 3 days and a subsequent communication extended this by a further 5 days! That said, I received my purchase just within the original worst case estimate.
The seller also used a delivery service different to that requested on my order....
