Did have a problem with my order (it was missing some small mounting parts) but one email and it was quickly sorted out by efficient staff who responded quickly and sent replacements without question or forcing me to send stuff back first. Given them 4 stars this time, I have since placed a further order, so I'm actually very happy, it was a genuine mistake.
