Visited the aintree store as the first baby store since finding out we were expecting and the customer service was amazing from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble for Taite and his product knowledge is endless. As first time parents and not really knowing what we wanted, Taite was so honest in advising us of what we needed and made us feel like he was genuinely interested and wanted to help us make the right decisions. Even though he knew we were just browsing that day, he still spent almost an hour with us going through things and didn’t always just recommend the most expensive items. After visiting other bigger name stores, the service cannot be matched and I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than direct 4 baby. We have now ordered our pram which we got a great deal on after Taite going through everything again and making sure our vehicle was compatible and we were comfortable with the use of the isofix and car seat. We can’t wait to pick up the pram and I already know I will be back to buy more things. Highly recommend this store. Thank you again Taite!
