For me this company provides a local hearing aid service at internet prices. The quality, price and service for aids and spares is so much better than the franchised high street offerings from Boots, Hidden Hearing, Specsavers etc. and much better than the outdated offerings of the NHS. Service is provided in your own home. I originally asked for a Widex hearing aid from them having tried one of these at Boots. This did not work out well as the product had serious feedback problems. They were happy to change this for a Phonak aid - the make I had had before.
