Very reliable service with excellent communication - I was, of course, nervous about sending an irreplaceable VHS tape, but the company seem to understand this and send you a message when they receive it, and another when they send it back to you.
Apart from a minor typo on the name printed on the DVD itself, the service was faultless and quick, even this close to Christmas. If I had more tapes to deal with, I'd use this service again :)
