Had an old VHS tape back from 1992 which I probably hadn’t seen in almost as many years. Have just had it in a box in the wardrobe so decided to finally get it converted. I researched quite a few different online companies that do this and decided that Digital Converters seemed about my best option. The ordering and payment process was simple and straight forward. Packaged up my tape and sent it off via the post office. Had an email for DC to advise when they had received the tape. Also then had another when they had started the conversion process and finally another when it had been completed and return dispatch completed. All in I think it took about a week from sending to receiving. I chose a transfer to usb media which worked fine and had the file name as I had requested. The quality of the transfer was great, equal to what I remembered the VHS to have looked like all those years ago. All in all I would definitely recommend Digital Converters for anyone looking to bring old video back to life in this modern digital age. Thanks DC
