I was very nervous to send of 11 mini DV tapes that are irreplaceable.
I was notified when they had been received and checked, and a few days later got update, and the download link to all the films. Next day the thumb drive arrived.
All converted tapes are of high quality and work. Helpful and quick after care also.
They are the real deal.
