Excellent transfer from VHS to digital format and a speedy service. But it was not easy to state exactly how I wanted the digi copies stored on the online forms. I sent three tapes and I had wanted each tape transferred singly to a separate pen drive. ie each pen drive should have had one video on it. Instead the three videos were copied together onto each of the pen drives which meant I could not 'gift' them in the way I had intended.
