My son has had his trial session today. Up on arrival we were not welcomed, I had to approach the staff myself. The couches did speak to the group and knew the children’s names, but with only being young themselves they did not seem to have the knowledge of dealing with young children. They could be a little more enthusiastic and welcoming with the children . They seemed very quiet and there did not seem to be a lot of encouragement.
