I have always previously been very happy with the product and service. However, I am not so happy with UPS, your chosen shipping company. I ordered on the the 29th November, and its still not arrived. I have repeatedly had last minute notifications that it would be delivered to my business address that morning 8.50 - 10.50am, eg the 4th of Dec at 8.30am. Even if I picked up my email that early (which I don't) I would not have been able to arrange to have someone there to get it at such short notice. Then, on the following day the 5th, I got an email at 10.20am to say it would arrive between 8.50 - 10.50am. So, it had either arrived before the email did, or in the following 30 minutes! On either of these occasions, it could have just been left with a neighbour or at reception. I had on the 4th clicked though on their email where it said 'change delivery' to see if I could leave a note to this effect, but it looked like I would have to set up an account with them, which required some eyebrow raising contractual agreements and waivers which I was nor prepared to sign. I tried again on the 5th and found there was a way to ask for the package to be delivered to reception, without creating an account, and did so, and received an email to confirm it was received. Its now the 11th, 12 days since I ordered, a week since I asked for it to be delivered to reception, no parcel, no further email re delivery, and I have completely run out of the product I had left.
