The hamper we ordered was for my mother in law as we couldn’t visits during lockdown. The photos were totally misleading as I thought it was going to be in a basket but in fact was only in a cardboard box. She was pleased with it but as she was not aware what we had paid for it she would be. We thought it just wasn’t worth the money. We couldn’t get it until 11/06 of this year, but her birthday was the 2nd . We decided to go with you as we thought it was a better hamper , but as it turned out we could have gone with a different company and got it to her on time. We were very disappointed .
