Paid extra for a morning delivery. Hamper ordered for my 90 year old grandparents. Goods did not turn up by 12 as paid for. Tried to call to ask where it was only to find out phones are not manned - how can you run a business without a phone? Tried emailing but no reply. Delivery turned up almost 6 hours later. Very disappointed but more so with the lack of Customer service. Quite happy to take your money but don’t help when they don’t deliver. I would avoid and use Devon Hampers instead
