Your customer services is sadly lacking, I left a phone message to contact me the day the hamper was delivered, a day early, and I am still waiting.
The recipient in their nineties was out so the hamper was taken to a shop but needed a bar code to collect, could not do this as don't have a mobile phone.
Had to spoil the surprise by phoning and explaining how to try to get their gift, thankfully known in shop so information I sent 300 miles by word of mouth worked.
Not very happy.
