I was very disappointed with delivery. This was a 25th wedding anniversary tea gift box gift to a disabled lady, with the idea of tea at 3.00 with her husband
, the the parcel arrived at 7.00 pm . It lost its impact , wouldn’t use you again. Sorry. I did telephone to ask you to change delivery but this didn’t happen. What can you do to make me use your service and recommend you in the future ?
