We got so many compliments at my Mum's funeral service on how beautiful her Order of Service was, and it really was. The colours were so vibrant. Initially, they were sent out in a text that was too small to read. When I called and spoke to Alex he was extremely apologetic and made sure they were all corrected and sent out again. He also helped me put together a memory board from old photos. He helped me crop them so that the photo only showed my Mum and it looked amazing. So, despite the mistake, it was rectified very quickly with no quibbles. I cannot recommend this company enough. At a time when you are struggling to put together a funeral service, a compassionate company that wants to do their very best for you is absolutely what you need!
