Booked holiday to Las Vegas , Paid Deposit of £198 with balance due in April 2023 . Emailed and phone call requesting £1400 for the flights the following day and then cancelled the holiday as this is not what i had agreed to. Refused deposit refund after 24 hours of paying it.
Would never use them again.
