The Brownies that i ordered were great BUT the message that i created to go with the delivery as a Birthday surprise wasn't included so my friend had to ask around to see who had sent them to her - this was really disappointing as it kind of spoilt the specialness of the gift. Also i get that the brownies have to stay fresh but can you not look at maybe swapping the plastic bag that the brownies come in to something more special given they are delivered within a day, surely some nice greaseproof wrapping paper would be better
