We order a new Kartell Nero Black Round Thermostatic Bar Shower Valve with Overhead Drencher and Sliding Handset.
This was delivered really quickly but when I opened it I found that the overhead drencher included was chrome and not black.
I e-mailed the Designer Bathroom Store that night and received a reply first thing in the morning and a replacement was received a couple of days later.
Great communications & customer service, sorting out my problem straight away with no issues.
