Ordered a house sign for nearly £100. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it is smashed at one side and scratched all over with the engraving tool. Eventually someone acknowledged receipt of the photos I had sent through and agreed to send another sign ASAP. That sign never arrived. I have chased them over the last few days only to be told that I've received my house sign already - clearly forgetting the entire exchange of photos and agreement to send me another. Now a month since the initial order I am £100 out of pocket, frustrated and still without a usable sign. Customer service is none existant - painfully slow replies, no names attached on correspondence, no consistency and no phone number to discuss. ABSOLUTELY PAINFUL. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
